Yerevan-hosted military parade dedicated to 20th anniversary of Armenia’s independence proved Azeri military advantage over Armenia to be a pure myth, according to a military expert.

As David Jamalyan told a news conference in Yerevan, being on the offensive side, Azerbaijan needs significant advantage over Armenian armed forces, yet, “the forces are equal, with Armenia’s clear prevalence of 12 thousand kilometers of liberated territories, front configuration, elastic defence.”

The expert gave high assessment to 9K79-1 Tochka-U tactical missile system and 9К72 Elbrus vehicle complex modernized in Armenia, as well as Armenian-made missile drones and S-300 missile systems demonstrated during the parade.
