On September 23, the President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan attended an event dedicated to Physical Education Day held at the Youth and Culture Palace of the capital Stepanakert.

In his speech, the President congratulated physical education instructors and sportsmen, awarding them with honorary titles.

Chairman of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials partook in the event, Central Information Department at Artsakh President's Office reported.
