On September 23, the President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received philanthropists Sergey and Nikolay Sarkisov from the Russian Federation and Aramayis Paronyan from the USA.

The Nagorno Karabakh Republic leader specifically thanked the philanthropists for assisting in school construction in Artsakh.

Other NKR-based projects were discussed during the meeting, also attended by the Minister of Education and Science Vladik Khachatryan, Central Information Department at Artsakh President's Office reported.
