OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair countries hinder peaceful resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan and Chairman of State Committee of Republic of Azerbaijan for Refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov, in an event held on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Azerbaijan’s independence restoration, said that USA and France must hold negotiations with Russia on peaceful resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict, SalamNews reports.
