MEMORIAL FLAT OF KAREN DEMIRCHIAN, KILLED BY TERRORISTS LAST YEAR, WILL BE ESTABLISHED
22.09.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The government of Armenia took today the decision to establish in Yerevan a memorial flat of the speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, Karen Demirchian, killed last year. The museum will be situated in the center of Yerevan, in the headquarters of the People's party of Armenia.
Last week the government of Armenia also decided to establish the memorial flat of late prime minister of Armenia Vazgen Sarkisian in Ararat.
Vazgen Sarkisian and Karen Demirchian were killed by the terrorist on October 27, 1999 in the National Assembly of Armenia.-0-
