THE PRESIDENTS OF THE THREE SOUTH CAUCASIAN STATES AND RUSSIA MAY DISCUSS THE "CAUCASIAN STABILITY PACT" PROJECT IN YALTA

During the last 6 months the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan had spoken several times with separate proposals for establishing a regional security system.
