The market average rate of USD totaled AMD 379,59 on Oct 31, increasing by 1.01 point compared to Oct 28, exchange rate of euro amounted to AMD 530,97, decreasing by 5.78 point while the rate of Russian ruble decreased by 0.13 point to total AMD 12,60, the CBA press service reported.
