THE STATE ENSEMBLE OF FOLK SINGING AND DANCING OF RNK RETURNED FROM THE TOUR ABROAD
25.07.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The state ensemble of folk singing and dancing of RNK returned from the 1.5-month tour in Georgia, Osetia and a number of towns of the Russian Federation.
In Lipetsk the ensemble took part in the concert dedicated to the Independence Day of RF, and in Samara, in the festival of culture of the Privolzhye nations, it was awarded a diploma, reports the correspondent of MEDIAMAX from Stepanakert. For the Tbilisi audience songs of Sayat-Nova were performed in Georgian. With the ministry of culture of Osetia an agreement about starting cultural relations and organizing mutual tours has been achieved.
In September-October 2000 the State ensemble of folk singing and dancing of RNK plans to go on tour in Abkhazia and towns near the Black Sea. -0-
