The Israeli Knesset will discuss the Armenian Genocide recognition issue on December 27, 2011.

“The date was appointed by Knesset speaker Reuven Rivlin, who is going to personally participate in the hearing,” Israeli media quoted Knesset Education Committee chairman Alex Miller as saying.

The discussion was expected on December 5 but then was postponed.
