The issue of the Armenian-Turkish relations, which are an important element of the region security, should also be included in the mandate of the European Union special representative to the South Caucasus. This was stated by deputy foreign minister of Armenia Ruben Shugarian when addressing a seminar on the EU in Yerevan today.
