Armenian National Security Council (NSC) Secretary Artur Baghdasaryan met with the European Investment Bank delegation to discuss modernization of Bagratashen, Gavar and Bavra check points.

As the NSC Secretary noted at the meeting, during 2011, formulation of technical tasks and the agenda of construction works were accomplished as the first step towards modernization.

In early 2012, a tender will be announced to select 3 companies in charge of construction.

In conclusion, the parties agreed to prepare necessary documentation to start preparatory activities.
