ARMENIA AND GERMANY FOR SPECIFYING EU STAND ON EUROPE ENLARGEMENT TO CAUCASUS
The need for specifying the European Union stand on the issue of inclusion of the South Caucasus in the enlarged Europe was spoken about at today's meeting of Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian with plenipotentiary representative of the German foreign ministry for Russian, Caucasian and Middle Asian affairs Norbert Baas. Thereupon V. Oskanian noted the importance of receiving the corresponding signal from Brussels, which will promote purposefulness of the political and economic development of Armenia and reforms being held in the country. The parties positively evaluated the mission of the EU special representative in deepening EU-South Caucasus relations.
