Solution to Karabakh conflict will be found as soon as South Caucasus people agree to live in peace and harmony, the outgoing French co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group stated.

According to Bernard Fassier, Karabakh settlement should be accelerated to improve the regional situation.

“It’s time to solve Karabakh conflict. Unfortunately, Europe is currently facing more crucial problems, such as the future of the eurozone and financial crisis,” SalamNews quoted him as saying.

From January 2012, Bernard Fassier will be replaced on his post by Jacques Faure.
