RECURRENT MEETING OF ARMENIAN AND TURKISH FOREIGN MINISTERS EXPECTED DECEMBER
Recurrent and third during this year meeting of the Armenian and Turkish foreign ministers is probably to be held in Brussels early December within the framework of the meeting of the foreign ministers of the Council for European-Atlantic Cooperation (CEAC) member-countries, Armenian FM Vardan Oskanian stated today. In his words, the agreement on this meeting was achieved last weekend during the phone conversation between the FMs of the two countries. Replying to the journalists' questions about the possibility of opening the Armenian-Turkish border, V. Oskanian noted that there does not exist any certain agreement on it. At the same time he added that during the negotiations with Abdullah Gul the possibility of opening the frontier for diplomats and foreign tourists is being discussed.
