The deadlock condition created in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement is the result of Azerbaijan's non-constructive stand and lack of political will to make a compromise, NKR President Arkadi Ghukasian stated in his interview to Boston Globe US newspaper. In his words, as reported by Arminfo agency, the conflict settlement should be based upon the facts but not artificial models.
