A seminar with the participation of the experts of the Council of Europe and the OSCE devoted to the bill on alternative military service will be held in Armenian parliament October 28-29. As it was reported to Arminfo agency in the press office of the Armenian NA, international standards of the alternative service and the ways of its implementation in Armenia will be discussed. The experts of the OSCE and CE head office for Human Rights are to comment on the bill.
