Nagorno Karabakh President Arkadi Ghukasian left for the US on a private visit. He is to meet with the influential representatives of the local Diaspora in a number of the US cities and discuss with them the issues of the realization of the social-economic projects in NKR, and particularly, the construction of the North-South highway and building a medical center in Stepanakert.
