Days of the Union of Armenians in Russia (UAR) commence in Nagorno Karabakh today. For that purpose a UAR representative delegation, on which eminent foreign political and public figures of Armenian origin serve, is arriving in Stepanakert. A similar holiday is held also in Yerevan. Within the framework of the days round tables on social and economic programs, various cultural measures are held.
