Russia is not going to impose its solution to the Karabakh problem and put pressure on the conflicting parties. The country comes for their coming to a mutually acceptable decision themselves. Russian Security Council (SC) secretary Vladimir Rushaylo told journalists in Baku upon the completion of his visit, "Interfax" agency reported. In his words, Moscow is highly interested in stability in the South Caucasus, thus it comes for settlement of the Karabakh conflict as soon as possible. "Russia is ready to make all efforts to settle the conflict both on its own and within the OSCE Minsk Group format," the SC secretary noted. In his opinion, the protracted condition of "neither peace, nor war" in the Karabakh conflict hampers full development of relations between Moscow and countries of the region. "Unfortunately, due to the conflict we today cannot really cooperate within the "Caucasian four" (Russia, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan) format," he said.
