Russian co-chairman of the OSCE Minsk group Yuri Merzlyakov appealed not "to concentrate attention" at the statement made recently by Nagorno Karabakh president Arkadi Ghukasian, who said that "NKR will never refuse from its independence". "The mediators are still working with the parties to conflict. Though, mister Ghukasian certainly has right to express his opinion and we cannot prevent it", - Yuri Merzlyakov told Mediamax agency.
