Governor of Samtskhe-Javakhetia and presidential plenipotentiary in that Georgian region populated by Armenians Gela Kvaratskhelia is arriving in Yerevan on a two-day visit. As "Arminfo" agency was informed by trustworthy sources, the governor is scheduled to meet with the prime minister and maybe the president of Armenia.
