Minister of culture of Armenia Tamara Poghosian does not participate in the meeting of ministers of culture of Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan that will start in Antalya today. As T. Poghosian told "Mediamax" agency, she could not go to Antalya, as she is occupied with organizing celebration of the Independence Day of Armenia. In her words, the deputy minister of culture will represent Armenia at the meeting. It should be noted that the meeting is held on the invitation of the Turkish authorities within the Council of Europe program "Transition period cultural policy: dialogue and new partnership."
