ACCORDING TO REFINED DATA ARMENIA INCLUDED IN LIST OF COUNTRIES WITH MOSTLY FREE ECONOMY
Washington ProFile agency refined that according to the rating of the Index of Economy Freedom compiled due to the outcomes of researches carried out by Heritage Foundation organization, Armenia has been included in the list of the countries with "mostly free" economy. According to the source, Litva, Latvia and Armenia (sharing the 44-th position with France) fit into the category among the post-soviet republics. It should be noted that the Index was established with taking into consideration the following criteria: trade, taxation policy, influence of the powers upon the economy, amount of investments, situation at the financial service market, regulation of prices, protection of the property rights, situation at the "black market", etc. Let us also remind that Azerbaijan occupying the 106-th position has been recognized as a country with "mostly unfree" economy.
