AZERBAIJAN REFUSES FROM JOINT MEASURES ON ANTI-TERROR AT CIS TERRITORY
Azerbaijan does not see the necessity for providing its territory to the other states for conducting anti-terror operations, minister of the State Security Namik Abbasov stated when commenting on a number of provisos approved by the country's parliament and inserted in the protocol on "Regulations of organizing and conducting joint anti-terror operations at the CIS territory". "We agreed on cooperation with the CIS anti-terror center in the sphere of information exchange only. Conducting of any joint operations is out of the question", Abbasov stated.
