"Upon the liberation of the territories destroyed by the Armenian occupants Azerbaijan will need $25-50 billion to completely reconstruct them", as reported by Mediamax agency, Azeri Vice Premier Ali Gasanov stated. In his words, "Azerbaijani government called to the international organizations to work out a new joint project for reconstruction of these territories and formation of a corresponding commission". Gasanov noted that "a purposeful work is being carried out for attracting donors".
