According to Hraparak paper’s data, the former President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian is in Moscow now, his mission being yet unknown.

Congress of the Prosperous Armenia party which is to be held March 17, expects Russian President-elect Vladimir Putin’s welcoming note on this occasion. Maybe Kocharian went to handle this very issue, the paper says.

Also, earlier reports suggested Kocharian was going to urge people to vote for the Prosperous Armenia, but later was dissuaded from doing this. Some say this call could rather harm the party than support it.
