Member of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia, MP Hamlet Harutyunyan predicts a new war in Karabakh.

“Baku’s threats should not be treated as mere words. Azerbaijan is really preparing for a war,” he told a press conference in Yerevan.

“It’s regretful that the international community can’t understand who is the victim and who is the aggressor. Silence of the international organizations encourages Baku,” Harutyunyan said.
