  Robert Kocharian to attend CIS informal summit in MoscowFebruary 21, 2008 - 15:48 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On February 22, Armenian President Robert Kocharian will depart for Moscow to participate in CEC informal summit, the RA leader's spokesman Victor Soghomonyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. "The President will meet with Vladimir Putin and Mikheil Saakashvili," Mr Soghomonyan said. The summit will be held on initiative of Russia's President Vladimir Putin. Azerbaijan's Ilham Aliyev is also supposed to attend it.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
