The upcoming presidential elections in Armenia were in the focus of the discussion, with observers further briefed on Raffi Hovannissian’s letter addressed to the incumbent president Serzh Sargyan, specifying 15 steps essential to conduction of free, fair and legitimate elections, the press service of Heritage leader’s campaign headquarters reported.
