When addressing the Armenian Diaspora of Sweden the Armenian President reminded that with the adoption of the constitutional amendments Armenia adopted the institute of dual citizenship. The Armenian leader voiced hope that the revised law will be ready by autumn. "My attitude hasn't changed. I am convinced that Armenia is stronger with Diaspora than without it," Robert Kocharian said.
