On the sidelines of the World Stamp Show NY-2016 on Monday, May 30, the stamped souvenir sheet Sport: 31st Summer Olympic Games Rio-2016 was canceled and put into circulation, HayPost CJSC said in a press release.

The souvenir sheet depicts a panoramic view of Rio de Janeiro. The stamp itself shows the famous Copacabana beach in Rio de Janeiro, also depicting some of the sports which Armenia will present during the Olympics.

The official cancellation ceremony was carried out by Armenia’s permanent representative to the United Nations Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and the Managing Director of HayPost Trust Management Juan Pablo Gechidjian.
