Armenian army has skilled generals who can head the RA Armed Forces General Staff, Armenian Defense Minister Mikael Harutyunyan told reporters in Yerevan. Designations are being discussed presently, according to him. "NKR Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan is also included in the list," he said.

Mikael Harutyunyan was appointed RA Defense Minister on April 24. Before he was the Chief of the RA Armed Forces General Staff and First Deputy Defense Minister.
