Mitq: Karabakh and Armenia should recognize Kosovo independence
Although proclamation of Kosovo's independence was quite predictable, Foreign Ministries of Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh were not ready for it, said a statement issued by Mitq analytical center.
According to Mitq experts, Karabakh and Armenia should recognize Kosovo's independence.
