Karabakh conflict resolution hardly possible within next two or three months

Head of the Caucasus Department of the Institute for CIS countries Felix Stanevsky said that the Karabakh conflict resolution is hardly possible within next two or three months.

However, there is a considerable progress in the settlement process, which is not in a standstill, Mr. Stanevsky told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

Referring to NKR’s participation in the negotiations process, he said that the issue is being considered currently but refrained from making any forecast on the final decision.

Commenting on Turkey’s activity in the regional processes, the Russian expert said: “Ankara is no less than Yerevan interested in resolution of century-old conflicts and alleviation of tensions between the Armenian and Turkish nations.”

According to him, Turkey is interested in the soonest resolution of the Karabakh conflict.
