On October 23, NKR Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan and Karabakh Telecom Director General Ralph Yirikian signed an agreement on implementation of joint programs in healthcare sector.

Within agreement framework, Karabakh Telecom will provide AMD 480 million to be allocated to the construction of a hospital in the town of Berzor, Kashatagh region, NKR governmental press service told PanARMENIAN.Net.

As Yirikian told a news conference in Stepanakert, Karabakh Telecom will complete fiber channel construction before 2011, which will, in turn, affect internet tariffs. As he noted, the operator is negotiating optimal mobile connection tariffs with NKR regulatory agency.
