Director of the ARF bureau's Hay Dat and political affairs office, Kiro Manoyan said the international community, specifically, the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmen should react strongly to Azerbaijan’s provocative acts and ceasefire violations.

The Co-Chairmen fail to react properly, trying to maintain parity between the parties, but this only instigates Azerbaijan to new violations, Manoyan told a press conference in Yerevan.

According to him, the increased number of ceasefire violations by Azerbaijan proves that Baku is displeased with the negotiation process.
