The Nagorno Karabakh conflict cannot stay “frozen” much longer, according to an Azerbaijani political expert.

As Rasim Musabekov said during an online interview when responding to a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter’s question, “escalated tension in Karabakh conflict zone is a reminder that a cease-fire does not mean the war has ended.”

When asked if possible involvement of Karabakh side might help the conflict settlement progress, the expert stated, “Azerbaijan never rejected the involvement of Nagorno Karabakh’s Armenian community, yet the issue has to do with discussion of the status.”
