ARF bureau's Hay Dat and political affairs office director Kiro Manoyan has criticized the decision of the ARF-Dashnaktsutyun's Western Bureau to boycott the banquet dedicated to the 20th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Armenia.

“We have no right to be guided by personal relations or emotions at such important events,” Manoyan said. “We all know that there are a lot of problems in Armenia but 20th anniversary of independence is an opportunity to consolidate our victories and unite.”
