Armenia must never exclude a possibility of prevention blow on Azerbaijan, a military expert said.

“There is no value greater than lives of people in Armenia and Artsakh,” David Jamalyan said at a news conference in Yerevan. “In case of danger neither political nor military leadership will be guided by humane objectives. War is something far from humanity.”

He also emphasized that of Azerbaijan ventures a new aggression, Armenia has the right to give a powerful response with all military resources in its possession.
