Bryza was appointed the OSCE MG Co-chair, Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian told RFE/RL. "The U.S. informed us that Mr Bryza will replace Steven Mann at the post of the Co-chair. After confirmation in Vienna he will fully engage into the process of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. To all appearance Mr Bryza will pay a visit to the region to get familiarized with the situation and parties to conflict," the RA FM stated.![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
