Blink-182 share new song, at just 14 seconds long (video) May 20, 2016 - 15:48 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Blink-182 have shared new song 'Built This Pool', which is just 14 seconds long. The song will feature on the group's new album California - due for release on 1 July, Gigwise said. Although it is a tad short, Blink posted the track as part of a 10-hour loop. Mark Hoppus sings, "I want to see some naked dudes, that's why I built this pool" and at the end a voice is heard asking, "That really it?" The track was preceded by new song 'Bored To Death', which premiered earlier this month, and had quite a mixed reaction to say the least - it was also the first material with new member Matt Skiba, from Alkaline Trio, Gigwise said. Tom Delonge left the band recently, and streamed his first solo album online. “We think Blink-182 certainly still have legs, and the latest cut is a prime example of all the wooping, and frantic guitar playing we could hope for. Though, we confess we haven't listened to it for the full ten hours just yet. The band have generously released the track as a free download. The 10-hour loop contains around 2,500 plays of the track, surely enough to keep most fans going for a little while longer before the album drops,” Gigwise said.
