  Moscow, Tbilisi, Baku, Ankara sign agreement on united energy systemOctober 3, 2007 - 17:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The work carried out by the commercial operator of the Georgian energy system was crowned with signature of an agreement on creation of a united energy system of Georgia, Russia, Azerbaijan and Turkey, said Bidzina Chkonia, director general of the Georgian state energy system.
