Moscow, Tbilisi, Baku, Ankara sign agreement on united energy system

PanARMENIAN.Net - The work carried out by the commercial operator of the Georgian energy system was crowned with signature of an agreement on creation of a united energy system of Georgia, Russia, Azerbaijan and Turkey, said Bidzina Chkonia, director general of the Georgian state energy system.



When one country feels surplus of energy and the other lacks it, capacities are shared, he said, Georgia Online reports.
