  Servicemen of 102nd Russian military base in Gyumri commemorated Armenian GenocideApril 24, 2008 - 22:07 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian border guards and servicemen of the 102nd participated in mourning events dedicated to the 93rd anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.Wreaths and flowers were laid to monuments to Genocide martyrs in Yerevan and Gyumri. The fact of Genocide is recognized by 23 states, 40 U.S. states and the European Parliament.
