Most respondents plan to vote, poll finds

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to a survey conducted by MPG LLC, the Armenian member organization of the Gallup International Association, most respondents said they plan to participate in the 2026 parliamentary elections.

The telephone survey was conducted on June 2–3 and included 1,104 participants. Respondents were asked: “Will you participate in the 2026 parliamentary elections?”, according to Aysor.am .

The results were as follows:

  • 65.4% answered, “Definitely yes.”
  • 11.3% answered, “Probably yes.”
  • 4.7% answered, “Probably no.”
  • 9.3% answered, “Definitely no.”
  • 9.2% said they were undecided.

Overall, 76.7% of respondents indicated a willingness to participate in the elections, while 14% said they do not intend to vote. Another 9.2% had not yet made a final decision.

The election campaign, which began on May 8, continued through June 5. June 6 is a day of silence, and parliamentary elections will be held on June 7. On May 25, the Alliance Progressive Centrist Party submitted a withdrawal request, after which the Central Electoral Commission invalidated the registration of the party’s electoral list. As a result, there will be no ballot paper numbered 13 in the upcoming elections.
