According to Caucasus Institute Director, Alexander Iskandaryan , Henrich Böll Foundation Regional Director Iris Kempe, Georgian expert Malkhaz Gugaa, Armenian experts Sergey Minasyan and Richard Giragosyan, as well as NKR experts' community representatives will participate in the conference.
