  RA MP believes Madrid principles will be changed in Azerbaijan's favorJuly 27, 2009 - 22:47 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - "Based on recent statements around reviewed Madrid principles, I believe that possible changes on NKR status will be applied in favor of Azerbaijan," RA MP, Heritage opposition party representative Stepan Safaryan told a news conference in Yerevan. RA MP founded his assumption on position of Azerbaijan, which has initially been opposed to the point on NKR status.
