Turkish Premier arrives in United States

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey's Prime Minister Recep Tayyip ErdoganM will participate in the 64th Session of the United Nations (UN) General Assembly in New York, and G-20 summit in Pittsburg.



In New York, Erdogan held his first meeting with representatives of Jewish organizations in the United States, including the Anti-Defamation League.



According to sources, the meeting was fruitful and Jewish community asked questions to Erdogan regarding several topics.



Erdogan said the OSCE Minsk Group, co-chaired by the United States, had a significant contribution to improvement of relations with Armenia, and the group should work more to further improve relations, Anatolian Agency reported.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
Achieving stable peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan remains a priority of the OSCE, said Ian Borg.
The Cabinet of Ministers decided on Thursday, November 9 to allocated AMD 120 million to arrange the gathering.
