Signature of Armenia-Turkey protocols will be illegal

PanARMENIAN.Net - Interim signature of the Protocols on normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations is invalid. This document can't be signed, said Ara Papian, historian and head of Modus Vivendi center.



"According to the RA law on international agreements, the protocols should have undergone all essential procedures before being signed. If it was not done, their signature will be violation of Armenia's Constitution and domestic legislation," he said.
