One-window business registration to be introduced in Armenia from March 7February 17, 2011 - 16:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - During the February 17 sitting, the Armenian government approved amendments to earlier decisions, simplifying state registration of legal entities and private entrepreneurs through introduction of one-window principle. Armenian Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan noted that a complex procedure had been in force until 2011 for state registration of both legal entities and private entrepreneurs, what had contributed to corruption risks.
