Two of the newcomers, Marcos Pizzelli and Gevorg Ghazaryan were transferred to Donetsk’s FC from Yerevan’s Pyunik. As a part of Metallurg, they played in several friendly matches as well as the 1st round of Ukraine’s Championship, with Pizzelli scoring the winning goal for the team.
